The third round of the Business Basics Fund is now open for Expressions of Interest (EoI) to run trials. Round 3 makes £2 million available for trial projects involving technologies which support business and administrative functions. As announced in the June 2019 government responce to the Call for Evidence on tackiling late payments, up to £1 million of this funing will focus on projects that could help address this issue. The cloing date for the EoI stage is noon on Wednesday 4 December 2019. Following the EoI stage, shortlisted bidders will be invited to submit a full application by 19 February with the final funded projects expected to start on 1 June 2020.
