You can choose from a wide range of modules available which are themed around different subject areas:
Customer Service (est. 1 hour).
The learner will be presented with 2 different scenarios which where they will experience the emotional impact that disruption has on a fictional customer. Using the new skills learnt, you will de-escalate the situation exploring the positive and negative aspects good and bad customer service can have.
Workplace Communication (est. 1hr 30 mins).
Learn the do’s and dont’s of constructive listening, how to communicate with impact and challenging non-inclusive behaviour. Empower your workforce to build the skills they need to foster personal and professional relationships and communicate effectively in the workplace.
Public Speaking and Presentations (est. 1 hour)
Preparing to give a big speech or a presentation? This module will coach learners in four key interconnecting components of public speaking: composure, performance, charisma and content.
Inclusive Leadership (est. 1 hr 30 mins)
Learners will be presented with different scenarios which will provide you with the skills you need to create an inclusive team environment, how to challenge non-inclusive behaviour, and how to uncover and understand conflicts.
Negotiation and Conflict Management (est. 2 hours).
Learners will discover how to build rapport and trust within negotiations, understand the source and purpose of influence in effective negotiations and empower learners with an understanding of how to effectively approach negotiations.
