Based on your organisation’s own vision and values, this two-day programme contains all of the elements to ensure your team members are operating as effectively and efficiently as possible – an excellent grounding for all employees in good working practices that will instill the importance of personal development, positive mental health and the use of a digital skillset.

Day 1 Team Working
• Understanding what the individuals’ role and purpose in the “one team” company is
• Undertake a SWOT on the company/team performance
• Recognise where “self-leadership” has its benefits within the teams’ performance
• Self-leadership in Problem Solving and Decision Making

• Understanding and demonstrating how to communicate effectively
• Understand your own communication preferences and how to get the best from others
• How digitalisation can improve communication within the workplace
• Current use of digital communication channels and the challenges faced with them

Conflict within a Team
• Discuss where does conflict can arise within the team and how to alleviate it
• Understanding how to deal with potential conflict in a team
• How team members can reduce conflict in the workplace

Day 2 Dignity at Work
• The employee’s responsibilities
• Contributing to a positive working environment

Managing your own mental health to reduce workplace stress
• Understanding causes of stress and the impact on the team
• Sources of support to deal with stress

Assessment for this course is by a set of short-answer questions to be written, one before the course and one after each session.
