Want to learn how to design a website to engage with users?

About this event

An effective website should convey its message whilst simultaneously engaging the visitor. This workshop focuses on key factors such as consistency, colours, typography, imagery, simplicity and functionality, which all contribute to an effective website design.

Good website design is also an important part of Search Engine Optimisation and we will help you to discover why a well-designed website is easier for search engines to find, as well as understand and determine how it should rank for relevant queries.

This workshop will be delivered by COSMIC, an award-winning digital skills training company based in Devon who are working in partnership with GetSet Grow Devon to improve the digital skills of local companies.

Booking is essential as places are limited to ensure maximum learning and benefit for each participant. Please ensure that if you are unable to attend the session, that you let us know so that we can move this place to another participant.

Please be advised that while the workshop is free of charge, we will ask you to fill in a registration form and session feedback form.
