Want to learn how to attract and retain customers?
This interactive workshop will take you through a simple, step-by-step process to jump start your marketing strategy and give you the tools to attract more customers. You’ll learn the ‘7 P’s of marketing’, how to understand your target market and customers needs, as well as how to develop a great brand for your business. You will also be given some surefire ways to generate excitement for your products and services. This will include website and mobile marketing ideas, advertising methods and email marketing.
The coronavirus pandemic has had a huge impact on many businesses so we will also be looking at how you may need to adapt or change your marketing to reach new or existing customers. It could be that you have had to change your routes to market, shift to online delivery, develop new products or attract a new customer base entirely. We will look at ways to reassess your marketing strategies in light of these changes and give you the tools to quickly adapt as needed.
It is a live and interactive session, so questions are more than welcome at any point. By the end of the session the intention is to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to develop your own marketing strategy.

To be eligible to attend this free workshop you need to be based in one of the following local council areas: East Devon, Mid Devon, West Devon, South Hams, Teignbridge, Torbay, or Exeter. If you are unsure, you can check by entering your postcode into the Government Council Checker.
You must also have an existing business and be registered with HMRC. We will require a copy of your Unique Taxpayer Reference Number (UTR) or Company Registration Number before you attend. Unfortunately, this webinar is not available for pre-start businesses.
