Working with the Heart of the South West Local Enterprise Partnership, Serco have commissioned Wavehill, a social and economic research company, to gather information on the skills gaps and training needs facing Small and Medium sized (SME) businesses now and over the next few years.

Wavehill have developed a survey, for employers with more than 3 employees, to collect data on the skills needs of businesses to provide evidence to inform the LEP’s skills strategy and funding, and what interventions may be needed in the future.

In order to maximise the response rates for this important piece of research the survey has been developed both online and as a telephone survey conducted by researchers from Wavehill.

Serco currently hold the contract to deliver Skills Support for the Workforce (SSW) in the Heart of the South West on behalf of the Local Enterprise Partnership. The activity is funded by European Social Fund and co-financed by the Education and Skills Funding Agency.

The survey will take around 20 minutes, depending on your answers.
