Running a business at the moment is tough. If you’re a senior manager in a small to medium sized business this government supported training programme will help you meet today’s business challenges. You’ll gain insight and skills to help you boost your business’s performance, resilience, and long-term growth.

‘Help To Grow: Management’ is a 12-week programme that’s 90% funded by the Government. It’s designed to allow you to complete the programme alongside full-time work.

Is your business employing 5 to 249 people and you have been operating for more than a year? If so you can take the fantastic opportunity of participating in a programme to equip yourself with the skills to grow your business!

  • This is a 12 week programme with a mixture of online and 4 face to face sessions. We are delivering in your region if there is enough demand so don’t worry you don’t need to commute all the way to Portsmouth!
  • This is not an academic course – you don’t need any academic background to take part!
  • You will get the chance to network with other businesses who are taking part. Great opportunity to meet B2B contacts!
  • You will be assigned a mentor who will guide you and help you to come up with a growth plan for your business.
  • The cost is only £750

This Help to Grow Management course is hosted by the University of Portsmouth and is open to businesses in Devon and Somerset.

Courses for the South West are starting on Tuesday 1, Tuesday 8 or Thursday 24 March 2022.
