Small Business Saturday UK is a grassroots, non-commercial campaign, which highlights small business success and encourages consumers to ‘shop local’ and support small businesses in their communities. The annual Small Business Saturday event takes place tomorrow, Saturday 6 December 2025, to persuade consumers to buy locally. In the lead-up to the day, the campaign shines a spotlight on 100 small businesses across the country, showcasing one business each day to give them national recognition and boost their visibility.
Customers across the UK are encouraged to go out and support all types of small businesses, online, in offices and in stores, with many small businesses taking part in the day by hosting events and offering discounts.
