Our Devon & Somerset LSIP team is hosting a series of forums this spring to give you the opportunity to have your say on the future of skills in our region.
These events are designed to introduce businesses and organisations to the new Devon & Somerset Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP), run in partnership by Devon & Plymouth Chamber of Commerce and Somerset Chamber of Commerce.
They will help us to identify any skills gaps that are holding our region back, which will subsequently allow us to collaborate with our region’s universities, colleges and training providers and develop programmes which are appropriate to defining local skills needs.

LSIP aims to work with employers and education providers in Devon and Somerset to make sure the skills system produces a workforce that matches their needs.
