Introducing Prosper, support for businesses and entrepreneurs based in East Devon, Exeter, and Mid Devon.
Prosper offers fully funded support for established businesses and for entrepreneurs looking to start, grow and develop their business. Your business must be based in either East Devon, Exeter, or Mid Devon to be eligible. Prosper offers wide ranging advice and support to help you achieve goals for growth, including net zero plans, employment support and start-up support.

The Prosper Programme is receiving up to £569,422 of Shared Prosperity Funding. The UK Shared Prosperity Fund is a central pillar of the UK Government’s Levelling Up agenda and provides £2.6 billion of funding for local investment by March 2025. The Fund aims to improve pride in place and increase life chances across the UK by investing in communities and place, supporting local business, and people and skills. The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities is the Managing authority for these funds.
Data Protection
The Heart of the South West Growth Hub service (the ‘Growth Hub’) is funded by the Department for Business and Trade. Somerset Council is the Accountable Authority and Plymouth City Council is the Managing Authority. The Growth Hub service is managed and delivered by Devon County Council.
The accountable body for the Prosper Business Support programme is Devon County Council, working with contracted business support providers including Business information Point.
